CANCELLATION POLICY

50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session.   

 

We require 24 hours notice if you decide to reschedule/cancel your appointment*.  (for all services ) 

 

In the event of a last-minute cancellation, your payment deposit will NOT be refunded. Please contact us if you are going to be late. Being more than 25 minutes late to your appointment may result in  the cancellation of your appointment.
